Return Policy

1. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to recipient unavailability, address inaccuracies, refusal to accept delivery, or access restrictions, Volex Solutions may classify the shipment as undeliverable and place it on hold pending further instructions.

2. Holding Period

Undeliverable shipments may be held at a Volex Solutions UK logistics facility for up to 14 days. During this holding period, the sender or recipient may be contacted where reasonably possible to provide updated delivery instructions or arrange redelivery.

3. Return to Sender

If no successful redelivery arrangement is made within the holding period, the shipment may be returned to the sender. Return transport shall be undertaken at the sender’s expense unless otherwise agreed in writing or included within a specific service agreement.

4. Return Charges

Return shipping charges, storage fees, handling costs, customs-related charges, or other administrative expenses arising from an undeliverable shipment may be charged to the sender or other responsible party, depending on the shipment arrangement and applicable service terms.

5. Conditions Affecting Returns

Returns may be delayed, restricted, or unavailable where prohibited by law, customs rules, carrier restrictions, safety regulations, or the condition of the shipment. Volex Solutions reserves the right to determine the most appropriate operational treatment of such shipments in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Policy Updates

This Return Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational adjustments, regulatory changes, or improvements to our logistics services.
